I normally work from home a couple of days a week at the moment and yesterday I casusally looked outside at the holly tree which appears to be teaming with wildlife at the moment after its berries – and I spotted what looked like a thrush. however, after zooming in and checking on the RSPB web site it looks like it is a redwing which i’ve not seen before – so that is exciting.
On the bad side, the badgers have been regular visitors each night to my garden – and each night trash about 1ft x 1ft of grass – this is last night’s visit. I don’t think there is going to be much left of the lawn by the spring at this rate!
