Don't buy a Navman Satellite Navigation system. I bought it Christmas 2005. I sent it back in March as I couldn't work out why I couldn't connect to my PC - it had a dodgy USB, then when it came back the sound didn't work, so I sent it back, then sent it back again as the battery didn't hold charge for very long.

I finally had another one sent back to me recently. They didn't bother to offer any compensation, wouldn't offer a refund for a product clearly in breach of the sale of goods act - they said comet had to do the refund and were so utterly condescening and unapologetic it was incredibly frustrating.

I haven't taken the new returned unit out of its packaging as I've compeltely given up on it and my seething anger for their contempt for their users.
