Noddy and Friends

Had a superb weekend. Friday night was out with Chris which is always tremendously enjoyable - then on Saturday we were off to Noddy and Friends at the Chiltern Open Air Museum. What a great day - Rebecca and James had great big smiles on their faces which meant we also had great big smiles on our faces. Lots of highlights but the sing-a-long for half an hour was probably their favourite. They were very well behaved even though they were knackered by the end of it.

James meeting Big Ears - Rebecca was a bit more cautious!
Big Ears

Half way through our picnic under a large tree:

I found out about this from uploading Elaine Quigley's village voice newsletter to chalfontstpeter.com - lots of great things to do in there so i'll make sure I keep re-reading it.

Sunday was just as much fun - we were playing on the bottom bit of garden in the afternoon for a couple of hours with much laughter topped off with a Sunday Roast outside.

Did some more organising of Charlie's stag do - what a pain in the arse that is ! Its a while since I've organised a hockey tour and I haven't got the time this time! About 15-20 people coming along though - down in Barnstaple. Spoke to Gary this evening and he suggested we enter a mixed team as well ... we shall see.

Been really really busy with work as well we both seem to be doing all hours at the moment. Martin has started doing some decorating in the house - and a cracking job he has done so far - and so i'm relegated to the dining room temporarily...

No suggestions for the mushrooms yet - i'm surprised - there is quite a number of people reading the site each day - about 3-500 i think...
