Busy weekend - very enjoyable

Very pleasant if busy weekend. Had Mike and Hilda over with their children and Chris and Scott for a very pleasant Saturday afternoon bar-b-q - two lovely children as well they are too. I haven't seen Mike and Hilda for ages so was good to see them.

Sunday we had John and Jenny over with their two children - a roast chicken this time as the bar-b-q weather vanished overnight! We now have a freezer full of bar-b-q meat!

Martin has done a great job decorating my study so I can move back in again soon - next stop the lounge.

No photos at the moment as my camera battery is flat and the charger is tucked away with everything else in the study!

The battery was flat on the Nokia N95 this morning - it was almost fully charged last night I thought. I did some updates on Adobe on Friday and my Acrobat professional then said i'd used the serial number too many times - so a joyous time was spent on the phone to adobe sorting that out - i'm still really pissed off with them for upgrading CS2 to CS3 within five months of each other - and not giving a good discount for CS2 users...staggering. Had to phone Microsoft as well today- they weren't particularly helpful either but miles better than Adobe.

Got to sort out a hotel for the stag do on the thurs night and golf on the fri - not had time to do it yet - still not finished my invoicing for last month yet!!
