Runner Beans / Odds Farm

Had an excellent weekend - last weekend's was very good too.

Ash and family came down from Ipswich and we had a lovely Tripti curry on Fri night then went to Odd's Farm in Beaconsfield / Wooburn way. It was a very enjoyable day out - the children really enjoyed it. Here's a photo of us that Ash took.



On Sunday we had Sarah's mum and dad round which is always good - and we had a fabulous Roast Lamb and fresh produce from the garden - including our first substantial crop of runner beans - see below:



I was feeling knackered though - probably because I popped down to the White Hart to see Adrian Halliday who has popped back in to the country for the first time in almost four years. It was quite an eventful evening - took me back to when Adrian used to be around all the time!! After a quick nap in the afternoon i worked all evening.

Sarah is doing lots of gardening in the evenings and making the garden look really good - its a shame i'm always bloody working to join her - really missing not being out there with her in the evenings.
