Psoriatic Arthritis

Here is a great link for Psoriatic Arthritis - or rather, this is a fact sheet that I can relate to.

This is more for my friends who wonder why my knees are ok one minute and not the next and it is not a structural thing.

Anyway, due to being ill and probably stressed - my right knee is mashed this morning and I cannot walk very well. I also had back ache up until early January which I thought was due to the bed - but I'm now wondering if it was a pre-cursor to my latest problems...

If it carries on getting worse I'll have to try and bring my appointment forward from August when I next see my specialist. Lots of sleep is the cure I've found most appropriate over the years!
