Uncle John Visits

Sarah's brother John visited this evening - always good to see him. Catherine popped in in the afternoon and took Rebecca to the swings then some flower glue painting afterwards - relieved the pressure a bit from Sarah. Sarah's Mum also visited and bought us some food!

The cat has finally decided to stop weeing everywhere - but he is banned from everywhere in the house except the kitchen - we decided he was stressed which is why he was doing it. Looked it up on the Internet.

Sold a few bits and bobs on Ebay - Parcelforce is a rip off through the post office. Not a lot else going on - half heartedly going in to Bourne End at the moment - I'm missing Rebecca tremendously though when I do go in (as well as Sarah of course). Her vocabulary is expanding all the time with new words and even stringing them together. Will be back in to the swing of work from next week - though only just realised it is a bank holiday weekend - though I expect to be doing some work from home. We have no plans as yet.

Greyhound gig

June 8th in the Greyhound - Rob Sas one of my customers (Villas To rent) is playing in the Greyhound and said he'd buy me a pint - I think that's what he said...

Back to work tomorrow

Well back to Bourne End - after my three weeks at home - I'm so going to miss the family whilst working over there. Been doing quite a few other things though - more pictures on the Waggon and Horses site - been in there a couple of times since it has opened - a fantastic pub now. Updated the Chalfont St Peter web site a bit and put loads of pictures on British Battles - as well as a new battle - the Battle of the Nile. Also done a lot of gardening - a lot of the cucumbers and tomatos are in the greenhouse already and the front garden has been particularly spruced up.

Rebecca is in fine form - though she does show glimpses that she isn't happy about Jamie being around - on the whole she is very good though. The camera is sounding a bit ropey at the moment - it has sand it it from the sandpit and a big smudge on the lens - so not sure how future photos will look!! Rebecca is stringing words together now and picking up new words everyday which is very exciting. The cat is very stressed today and is weeing everywhere.

We still haven't sold the Corrado or the House! Martin has kindly sold a few things on ebay though which are doing pretty well.
