Umm, still no baby....

Now a week late. Sarah was prodded and poked yesterday morning at Wexham but still nothing overnight. She also had another scan - they are doing a study to see if they can tell which mothers are likely to be late or not. It will be induced next Wednesday so it has another week to pop out naturally!

Rebecca was slightly poorly again yesterday and we had to pick her up at 12.30 from nursery on the way back from the hospital. It is probably her back teeth which are coming through knocking her sideways. She recovered a bit in the afternoon to play outside and be fab before going back to sleep again mid afternoon!

Went to the White Hart Chalfont St Giles for lunch with Sarah and her Mum today, was very pleasant indeed. The food is top drawer there - though the portions could be a bit bigger. We popped in to the Greyhound for lunch on Tues which was also very good - marginally better value for money.

You weren't expecting a baby yet were you?

Still no baby - now almost a week overdue. We are back to the hospital today to have Sarah scanned - she is going to take part in a study for overdue babies that need to be induced so they can see if they can tell in future who will be late and who won't be. Rebecca was within a few hours of being induced so still time for this one to pop out naturally and therefore not needing to be induced and not useful for the study!!

I've posted about the Matt Cutts blog before I think - though its a bit odd as he's now gone over to Yahoo and someone has swapped from Yahoo to Google so they've swapped their weblogs. All a bit odd - but now two lots of blogs to keep up with. Yahoo has moved their Overture search marketing to a different address which is nowhere near as user friendly to remember.

Wonderful Rebecca playing in the sandpit and water earlier this week:

innocent drinks : all about us

Apparently we are unable to recycle tetrapak cartons in Chiltern District - in the paper recycling boxes we are given - this information is quite interesting and shows that CDC should be doing more to recycle the carton.

Its amazing how our attitudes and those of our friends have changed over the last few years with regards recycling - practically nothing was recycled when we were growing up - but now most things can be and I feel guilty if I cannot recycle a glass bottle for example.

Still no news of a baby!

Sunday evening and still nothing yet! I was convinced it was appearing last night - which was the same night as the end of season hockey dinner and dance - the first time Sarah and I have missed it in the 11 seasons we've been playing at the club (well 9 for sarah!). I was delighted to win the 2nd xi player of the year though - that really was fantastic and meant a lot to me :-) I heard it was the usual fun and games at the club - we were in bed by 10.30pm!!

Not really done a lot else since Friday!
