Weekend shrub trimming and photos upload
Just spent ages uploading the photos from our holiday in Eastbourne at the end of August. I hope you enjoy them - though probably only if you are a relative of ours!!
Speaking of relatives, Mum and Dad came up on Sunday and helped out in the garden trimming low down branches off the trees and various shrubs around the place. Dad was delighted with Roast Lamb and a curry (shame it wasn't a tripti curry) - his throat stretching is going well and can now swallow most things after a bit of a chew.

Ash and Debs came down on Saturday for the day - it was the first time we'd seen Max who is now 11 weeks old and first time they'd seen James. James is now giggling away and being more vocal and grabbing things and we think just about ready for weening now. He is still getting up at 4.30-5.30 for another bottle of milk - we are hoping he drops that soon. he is a real delight though. Rebecca is super cool as always, though is getting very tired by the end of the day as she has decided she no longer wants to sleep at lunch times.

My achilles seems pretty much ok now - I cannot believe it was so painful for six months and then loads better with one session at the physio - I received my receipt today and it lists Achilles Peritendonitis and right sided Sacro lliac joint dysfunction.
