Dumb Bell for sale - who'd have thought it. The George should be opening soon - Christmas which year though!!
I'd have thought this would be a good investment if it was freehold rather than just leasehold - with the Newland Park development - speaking of which - wonder if that will ever happen - all gone very quiet.

oh.. Andy Johnson to leave two days after Ian Dowie leaves!
Expect a few more exits too unfortunately - Rihilati is off, Watson and Soares might also be going, Kiraly may also be off. Also expect even more if Souness is our next manager - as we'll be at the bottom of the Championship next year - judging by his Newcastle and Blackburn track record... Being a palace fan isn't easy....
Just thought it was odd, no sooner Dowie goes a little cashing in is the order of the day.
