Plastic Glasses

Working from home today to plough through my in box of over 100 items of work to do. Had some great results on the CSE web site this week and Cater For You on Google .co.uk here is number one for just about everything at last - wonder how long it will last. Did I mention I've put up an 'old stock web site' for CSE now - on the main web site - linking it to an old stock spreadsheet from the central accounting system - pretty pleased with that. Just sorting out on-line payment which will hopefully come on stream within the next month - guess what the bank is holding it all up again - stunning in efficiency.

Not sure which team i'm playing for this weekend yet - maybe they are waiting on a few people in the ones - maybe i didn't quite shine in the 40 minutes i played on Saturday. Hopefully playing 2's as will get full match time and we are playing at Bisham - the best astro around. Hoping to make the rememberance parade in the village at the weekend today as well.

Rebecca is a bit under the weather at the moment - teeth we think - hopefully. Sarah had to pick her up again early yesterday - i couldn't as Sarah has my car as the Corrado is in the garage for a week. Sarah is halfway through the pregnancy as of today - she is doing really well. Off to Belgium on Monday for 48 hours though so that will be draining. I need to sort a babysitter for Monday night thinking about it...

The Weekend

Had a fairly good weekend - the first weekend though where I haven't been affected by Arthritus for many months - my joints were due to swell up on Fri and never did - superb.

Played hockey on Saturday in Abingdon for the first xi - well played about 40 minutes - we were 3-0 up when i came on - and we didn't score again!! I don't think the team coach has much confidence in my ability hence not being on the pitch much (or my face doesn't fit) - hopefully I'll be dropped back down to the 2's next week where i'll get a full 70 minutes again. I didn't actually notice much difference in standard, in fact, I found it easier than the west hampstead game the week before. Left the house at 9.30 and got back at 3.45....

Managed to do 3 months worth of expenses on Sat night - Sarah was at the fireworks at the club house. Then completed my invoicing on Sunday - Sarah was absolutely drenched at the Junior training on Sunday morning. Finished working last night at about 11.00...

Enjoyed looking after Rebecca quite a bit Sunday too - she is so much fun. The red bit on her head is where she fell over the day before outside. I walked her round to the spar shop on Sunday morning in the rain - she wanted to get out - she was virtually running most of the way - I had a massive smile on my face - and so did she.

Sarah put cbeebies (the fimbles) on just before bed time on Saturday night and she was glued to it - mesmorised - quite amazing - she'd never seen it before - heard the music but that's all. See the size of her belly where she's just eaten!!
