End of November Already
Almost the end of 2005, blimey its going fast. Cater For You has now started its third year of being though I've only been hands on for just over 1 year - this November was way ahead of the other two Novembers which is good. Might have to switch fabplastic back on soon just to keep the flood or orders coming in - i noticed plastic-glasses.com is top 2 in yahoo after I gave it a quick tweak the other day (we are currently holding the top six in yahoo which is surprising).
Just been working on CSE this week catching up on my hours after being ill last week and looking after rebecca the previous week - so far it is going well with some excellent sales enquiries from the marketing work i've undertaken which is a good motivator for me.
Missed the Parish Council meeting on Monday night as Sarah went out to a hockey development meeting which was also attended by GX and South Bucks hockey clubs - meeting the new English Hockey / Active Sports person for the area. Just paid out over £2k in subs to English Hockey and they've also decided not to carry on with the National Stadium in Milton Keynes - which as I mentioned before almost broke Chalfont St Peter hockey club when they asked for donations - so that was a waste of money then - hopefully they have learnt and grass roots hockey starts picking up again - as its is dying very quickly at the moment.
Playing for the 2's this weekend at home - will be my first tea as a home team player for about 5 weeks - I did have one when I came back the other week from an away game but felt some stares and cold words after that and a few emails after - so don't feel particularly welcome back at the club anyway now - don't wish to put a foot out of line - especially as i'm no longer on the board - not that that carried favour anyway I hasten to add - I left shortly after that! Supposed to be going out on Saturday night to old Amersham but not yet found a babysitter - whoops. Both my knees are swollen at the moment so they'll hopefully be down by the weekend so it isn't too painful to play - they are actually painful as well at the moment which is a bit odd. Bit precarious carrying boxes around at work down stairs!
