Work, Crystal Palace, Rebecca and more?!
Been pretty busy again - but same as usual I guess - CSE has a load more web pages as has Control Systems and Equipment - an interesting page on home automation - becoming much closer to being common place. JJP should be tomorrow have a load more pages uploaded to its site - the air compressors section has had a bit of an overhaul and fleshed out a bit - still loads to do though! I'm well impressed with my initial search engine results though - and generating leads already - top 5 / 10 in Google for plenty of search terms.
Rebecca is being super cool as always - fit and healthy at the moment - she is trying to teach herself to eat with a spoon - though she ends up eating yogurt with her fingers instead - this is what happened on Sunday - highly amusing. She is getting up at about 6.45 most mornings which isn't too bad (only 2 hours earlier than before she was born!).
Crystal Palace did really well last night beating Liverpool - they didn't have their strongest team and went out as a 4-4-2 - maybe Ian Dowie has seen how well Wigan and West Ham are doing by not trying to shut the game down in midfield and nicking a goal ie attacking and having confidence.
Went to a council meeting last night - fairly enjoyable - Oliver came down from the opticians to talk about the "Market Traders Association" that has been formed from Adams up to Pearce Rodgers. They have already spent loads of money on re-equipping the christmas lights in that part of the village. Sounds like plenty of politics between them and the Chamber of Commerce and the Parish Council 'expressed' their desire that the two organisations merge back together at some point. There was also a very interesting person from the village's disabled action group who came to tell us a few things - they will be doing some training in January for councillors, retailers, businesses and more who are interested from Chalfont St Peter. The meeting that I missed has been re-arranged but sarah is in Belgium so will have to find a baby sitter - d'oh.
Apart from that not much else to report - well decided which mortgage to go for as re-mortgaging (been here 8 years now in this house!) and parents are coming up at the weekend - not sure when i'm playing hockey yet. Was asked to play mixed but probably won't be able to now as Mum and Dad are here - spend time with them and Rebecca. A please please me stereo is up for sale on ebay at the moment - interested to see how much it goes for - no bids on it yet. The new Depeche Mode and Franz Ferdinand albums are very good indeed.
