Gatwick by 6.45am
Took Martin and his mate to Gatwick this morning - picked them up at 5.50am - so feeling a little jaded already. Got round there in 45 minutes (10 minutes delay whilst martin was still packing) which wasn't bad - I'm stunned though at the amount of traffic at that time of the morning though - I cannot believe people do that every day. Martin is representing Great Britain at slow pitch mixed softball - so good luck to him - a week away in Florida.
Sarah got back home safely from Copenhagen which was good - though completely exhausted! At least Rebecca is only being ferried to Chalfont in the morning from now on - she got up at 6.15 apparently this morning - Sarah appeared to be delighted.
Plenty more work done yesterday - launched a couple more blogs - Control Systems and Equipment blog and Cater For You blog - I know how keen the competition are at reading this blog - so something else for them to read during the day.
Also updated the British Battles web site with more illustrations (on the Zulu and Boer Wars). The traffic on the site is absolutely staggering - yesterday it almost hit 6,000 sessions in one day - some of that are search engines having a look round - but nevertheless it is by far and away my busiest web site.
I'm hopefully playing 2's this weekend at 4.30 at Newland Park - my foot and knee haven't appeared yet - and i'm hoping a quick sleep at lunch time might keep it in check - or so i'm tremendously hoping. Otherwise I'm just working this weekend - either the house or my own business.
