Nonfumo / Fluesystems.com

One of my first external work customers when I was working under the name of IT Commodities!  Nonfumo is a family run firm that works in the Chimney accessories market sector.  When first approached, Paul knew he had to have a web site, but didn't think it would do anything for them.  This was in the Autumn of 1999.

Once completed, Paul took over the running of the 12 page web site and has built it into the dominant Internet site for his market sector.  Using multiple Actinic sites across multiple domains, he has transformed the way his whole business operates.

Initially, the web site concentrated on a small core of products such as chimney flues, Chimney Cowls, chimney liner, fans, roof flashings and has since expanded to cover stoves, chimineas and much much more.

In 2001 and 2002 the web site reached the final shortlists of the DTI ecommerce awards.  Other interesting things about the site includes the liveperson help, which he was one of the first to use in the UK.
