Misc photos of Italy October 2004

We left at 4.30am on the Wednesday morning and arrived back home exhausted on the Sunday at 11pm.  We had a great time away, I even managed to relax for a bit and of course enjoy Drew's wedding.  Overall I wasn't that impressed with Italy, Napoli seemed to be a bit of a dump (but then again most of the area around Heathrow isn't great) and the Italians don't seem to care much for maintaining the outside of their villas.  I was also surprised at the amount of grafitti.  The driving was something else....

Beautiful views from the journey over the mountains home - shame the Italians like to write on anything and seemed to enjoy fly tipping in the beautiful mountain area

Its all been too much, time for a little snooze back home...
