Sparrowhawk

I think this is a Sparrowhawk but I'm not sure - advice welcome!  It was dismantling a Starling in the back garden when we spotted it.  A Magpie tried at first to get in on the act.

Sorry they are not particularly in focus - new camera and its too small!!
