Robin

Mine and my neighbour Simon's favourite "gardening" bird is the Robin.  Not sure how many are flying around the area but there are at least a couple.  They are fairly tame and come right up to you when you are digging the garden over - looking for worms I assume rather than being genuinely friendly.  Here's a couple of photos of varying quality from January 04:
